Mrs Sarah Small runs Ashe Farm Campsite, just three miles from King’s College. This quiet, informal farm site is family run and ideal for tents, caravans and mobile homes. It comprises two fields with lovely views, 30 pitches with electricity, full facilities and three static holiday caravans which are let Saturday to Saturday. Dogs welcome.

Found just ten-minutes drive from King’s College in the quaint village of Staple Fitzpaine, all rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, colour flat screen TVs and free Wi-Fi is available. Just 15-minutes drive from King’s College, Oak Tree Barn is a family-friendly and dog-friendly barn conversion in a peaceful setting on the edge of the unspoilt village of Thurloxton, in the foothills of the Quantocks. Detached, full of character and with french windows from the spacious double height living area onto the large fully enclosed lawned garden and patio, the barn has a sociable open plan living space and a large wood-burner. The layout is flexible with the double bedroom on a private mezzanine level and a twin bedroom downstairs.
